Bhonko the Robot Dog and the Lost Kitten

In the neighborhood lived a robot dog — Bhonko. His nose was so sharp he could catch a scent from a mile away. The children joked, Bhonko's nose is magic! Bhonko wagged his tail proudly: Woof woof! One evening the tiny kitten Miaoon lost her way home. Darkness was falling. Trembling, she curled up behind a box and mewed softly: Meow... meow... Her owner, little Fatima, was crying. Bhonko saw Fatima's tears. His nose began to twitch! He sniffed Miaoon's toy — sniff sniff — then pressed his nose to the ground. Got the scent! He dashed through the lanes, now right, now left. The children ran after him: Bhonko! Wait for us! Ten minutes later Bhonko stopped before a box. He barked softly: Woof... Miaoon peeked out, climbed onto Bhonko's back, and purred with joy. Fatima cheered and hugged Bhonko tight. The next day Fatima hung a garland of flowers around Bhonko's neck. Miaoon gave Bhonko her tiny bell too. Now Miaoon and Bhonko go everywhere together — one goes woof, the other goes meow! Dear children, what special talent do YOU have that could help others? Think about it!
